page for those who are considering doing business with Matt Zucker. His is not a
nice person and should not be trusted. He cheated me
out of $1,300 and I want it back.

Update:
This web site made a difference. It turns out that Better Your Body went out of business, (they went bankrupt in January 2008), and they FORGOT to tell us that the shows would not be going on and we would not receive our money back. This web site is one of the main reasons why the former president of Better Your Body decided to speak to us. This is why I love the power of the web.
Even though I know what happened, I will not be taking this site down until all of the people who paid their hard earned money for these shows knows what has happened too. Mr Djon, the former owner of Better Your Body’s direct personal cell phone is 917.647.0832. Call him. He is taking call from us. He is telling everyone that you can get your money back from your credit card company, but any charges older than 90 days are undisputable and uncollectible.
My Story:
I paid $1,300 to exhibit at a show called Better Your Body (BetterYourBody.com). Little did I know there was no show.
I was contacted by Matt Zucker. He told me about a great show called Better Your Body. He said the show was in existence for years and he sold me a space for the (supposedly) November 3-4, 2007 show at the Nassau Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, NY. I have a signed contact and the money was taken out of my account. The $1,300 fee was for a 10 by 10 space.
All was well and on track, until July 23, 2007, when Matt contacted me and said the show was moving to March 2008. He said there were additional exhibitors that wanted to participate and the coliseum did not have enough room in November. Therefore, he had to move the show. As a thank you for still participating in the show, he doubled my space at no additional cost. So, I was set for a 10 by 20 space for the same $1,300. I was thrilled.
In November, I contacted Matt. I still had not been assigned my booth space yet, and wanted to know what my booth number was. This is when things turned strange.
The email no longer worked and e-mail’s I sent to him were being returned as undeliverable. His web site no longer worked. His phone number no longer worked. The fax machine, which worked for a brief time, then no longer worked. I found Matt on MySpace and sent him an email. Still no response.
I have not been able to get through to Matt. Meanwhile, he has my $1,300. He has not contacted me to let me know that Better Your Body is out of business or the show would not be going on. Basically, he took my money and ran.

One of the Business we own is Better Your Body which is the Number One Consumer Sports and Fitness Event in the country. My passion is to help people whenever I can it's just my nature. Also Nights at home with the person I care about most is just awesome. Love to hit the Gym 5 days a week as well as go to Karate. Right know in my life I am very into my health. I love to go out to nice dinners, and experience new places.
Matt, I wish you no harm or ill will in any way. I just want my money back. Pay me the $1,300 you owe me and I will take this site down immediately.
