Subject: Better Your Body Expo
Dear Vendor,
This email is in conjunction with letter sent to you July 16th.
We would like to inform you that due to a scheduling conflict with the Better Your Body Free Health & Fitness Expo currenlty scheduled November 3-4, 2007, the show has been moved to March 8-9, 2008 at the same location (Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum). This move comes as we have expanded the show floor space and unfortunately cannot be avoided.
As we have reached out to most vendors who may have no problem with this revision, we also realize this might be a inconvenience for a select few. As we value our customers and relationships, we would like to apologize for any disruption in your business this may cause so we have decided on the following to hopefully make up for that.
We are offering, absolutely FREE the following two choices for you (you pick one)
1. Provide booth space (includes pipe & drape, 6' table, 2 chairs & wastepaper basket) at the upcoming show September 29-30, 2007 in Chicago at the Chicago Navy Pier. (see www.navypier.com) This show has now been expanded.
or
2. Expand your current booth space at the New York events new date March 8-9, 2008 to a double booth
example: If you paid for a 10' x 10' booth, we would provide you with a 10' x 20' booth
Contractually, this is not something we have to do but would like to do for any inconvenience this date change might have caused. Please let us know via response to this email, which of the two options you prefer so we can accommodate you.
